How to apply
- Confirm you meet the income/savings bar for the Remote Worker Visa (E33G) on the official source.
- Gather proof of remote income, bank statements, insurance and a police clearance.
- Apply online via the official portal (or at the consulate where required).
- Pay the fee, attend any appointment, and collect the residence permit / visa.
Documents you’ll need
- Passport valid 6+ months
- Proof of remote income (e.g. Upwork earnings letter, client contracts, payslips)
- Bank statements (3–6 months)
- Health insurance valid in the destination
- Clean criminal-record certificate
- Passport photos + accommodation proof
Notes
- Live in Bali/Indonesia for a year on remote income; separate from the Second Home Visa (which needs ~USD 130,000 in a sponsored account).
