Step-by-step: how to apply
- Register at malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my and start an eVISA application.
- Fill personal + passport details and upload documents (passport, CNIC, photo, bank statement, hotel + flight bookings).
- Pay the fee by credit/debit card.
- Receive the eVISA by email in ~2β3 working days; print it.
- Complete the FREE Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within 3 days before arrival at imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac.
Documents checklist
- Passport valid 6+ months from approval date
- Pakistani CNIC copy
- Recent digital photo, white background
- Bank statement
- Confirmed flight booking (round trip)
- Hotel / accommodation reservation
- MDAC arrival card (free) before travel
Important notes
- MDAC is mandatory for everyone and is separate from the eVISA β donβt skip it.
- Single-entry eVISA; multiple entries need a different category.
