Step-by-step: how to apply

  1. Pick an ICA-authorised visa agent (a reputable Lahore travel agency registered as a ‘local contact’).
  2. Complete Form 14A (signed) and Form V39A, attach a recent photo and passport bio page copy.
  3. Hand the documents + fee to the agent, who submits to ICA electronically on your behalf.
  4. Receive the e-Visa from the agent; print it and carry it with your passport.

  • Passport-size colour photo (last 3 months)
  • Passport bio page copy (valid 6+ months on entry)
  • Supporting docs: flights, hotel, bank statement

Important notes

  • Direct online application to ICA is NOT available to Pakistani citizens — a registered local contact / authorised agent is mandatory.
  • Apply within the 30-day window before your trip.
